如果買的是國家基礎測繪資料，一定要有出處的，地圖在中國管得很嚴的，特別是地圖涉及到國家安全等等，你說是自己測的，也需要有有關部門驗收，質量檢查，成果管理等一系列的東西，不能瞎蹦出來這么些地圖數(shù)據(jù)，更何況國家基礎地圖你也做不出來的，也不會讓你做。具體見《中華人民共和國測繪法》 、《國家基礎地理信息數(shù)據(jù)使用許可管理規(guī)定》和《基礎測繪成果提供使用管理暫行辦法》等一系列政策法規(guī)。

測繪資質是什么？

測繪資質證書實際上就是指企業(yè)有能力完成一項工程的證明書。測繪企業(yè)應當按照其擁有的注冊資本、專業(yè)技術人員、技術裝備、質量保證體系和健全的管理制度等資質條件申請資質測繪資質管理PPT，經審查合格測繪資質管理PPT，取得相應等級的資質證書后，才可在其資質等級許可的范圍內從事測繪活動。否則不得從事該領域的經營活動。

測繪公司資質辦理條件

測繪公司資質辦理需要條件：

1、辦公場所：各等級測繪資質單位的辦公場所：甲級不少于600_，乙級不少于150_，丙級不少于40_，丁級不少于20_。

2、 質量管理：甲級測繪資質單位應當通過ISO9000系列質量保證體系認證；乙級測繪資質單位應當通過ISO9000系列質量保證體系認證或者通過省級測繪地理信息行政主管部門考核；丙級測繪資質單位應當通過ISO9000系列質量保證體系認證或者設區(qū)的市級以上測繪地理信息行政主管部門考核

3、檔案保密：測繪資質單位應當有健全的測繪成果及資料檔案管理制度和保密制度；設立保密工作機構，配備保密管理人員；確定保密要害部門、部位，明確保密崗位責任，與涉密人員簽訂保密責任書；測繪成果核心涉密人員應當持有省級以上測繪地理信息行政主管部門頒發(fā)的涉密人員崗位培訓證書；建立測繪成果核準、登記、注銷、檢查、延期使用等管理制度；生產、存儲、處理涉密測繪成果檔案的設備設施與條件，應當符合國家保密、消防及檔案管理的有關規(guī)定和要求。

4、 人員配備：大部分新資質申請需要配備25名人員，其中包括2名高級工程師，8名中級工程師以及15名初級工程師。

5、儀器設備：按各專業(yè)標準核算儀器設備數(shù)量時，所有權非本單位的、報廢的、檢定有效期已過的儀器設備等，均不能計入。隨著科學技術的發(fā)展，性能指標更優(yōu)越的儀器設備可以替代某一專業(yè)標準所規(guī)定的相應儀器設備。

《測繪資質管理辦法》

第六條

申請測繪資質的單位應當符合下列條件：

（一）具有企業(yè)或者事業(yè)單位法人資格；

（二）具有符合要求的專業(yè)技術人員、儀器設備和辦公場所；

（三）具有健全的技術、質量保證體系，測繪成果檔案管理制度及保密管理制度和條件；

（四）具有與申請從事測繪活動相匹配的測繪業(yè)績和能力（初次申請除外）。
