8、可以反映本單位技術(shù)水平的測繪成果證明材料

9、領(lǐng)取新《測繪資質(zhì)證書》時交回原《測繪資格證書》正、副本

10、如原證書遺失的須有在公眾媒體上的聲明

關(guān)于新辦測繪資質(zhì)，新政策縮減了將近80%的類別，原測繪資質(zhì)的小項現(xiàn)全歸為大項，分別是：大地測量，工程測量，界線與不動產(chǎn)測繪，地理信息系統(tǒng)工程，航空攝影，攝影測量與遙感，海洋測繪，導(dǎo)航電子地圖執(zhí)照，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)地圖服務(wù)，地圖編制。十個大項。

新辦測繪資質(zhì)人員比老保準壓縮了很多，但是儀器設(shè)備，檔案管理，保密協(xié)議等硬性條件審查極為嚴格，下面為大家介紹一下新辦的內(nèi)容和條件：

一、 申請測繪資質(zhì)的單位應(yīng)當符合下列條件：

（一）有法人資格；

（二）有與從事的測繪活動相適應(yīng)的測繪專業(yè)技術(shù)人員和測繪相關(guān)專業(yè)技術(shù)人員；

（三）有與從事的測繪活動相適應(yīng)的技術(shù)裝備和設(shè)施；

（四）有健全的技術(shù)和質(zhì)量保證體系、安全保障措施、信息安全保密管理制度以及測繪成果和資料檔案管理制度。

測繪資質(zhì)等級專業(yè)類別的申請條件和申請材料的具體要求，由《測繪資質(zhì)分類分級標準》規(guī)定。

　二、申請單位應(yīng)當提交下列材料的原件掃描件，并對申請材料實質(zhì)內(nèi)容的真實性負責(zé)：

（一）法人資格證書。

（二）符合專業(yè)標準規(guī)定的專業(yè)技術(shù)人員身份證及依法繳納社會保險的材料,退休的專業(yè)技術(shù)人員的退休材料和勞務(wù)合同；測繪專業(yè)技術(shù)人員的學(xué)歷證書和職稱證書，測繪相關(guān)專業(yè)技術(shù)人員的學(xué)歷證書或職稱證書。

（三）符合專業(yè)標準規(guī)定的技術(shù)裝備的所有權(quán)材料。

（四）符合通用標準規(guī)定的材料。

（五）申請甲級測繪資質(zhì)的，應(yīng)當提供符合專業(yè)標準規(guī)定的測繪業(yè)績材料。

三、對在本標準實施前測繪單位已有的用于申請測繪資質(zhì)的專業(yè)技術(shù)人員，在不離開本單位的前提下，實行“老人老辦法”，原有專業(yè)和職稱等級繼續(xù)有效。沒有測繪專業(yè)高級職稱的注冊測繪師可以計入中級測繪專業(yè)技術(shù)人員。
